MEN'S MINISTRY

Learning to Give Back

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

Psalm 133: 1

The purpose of the Men’s Ministry is to win the unsaved for Christ and bring back the lapsed members, especially men and boys. Also, to enlist, train and mobilize all the men of the congregation in various activities of the Church.

The Men’s Ministry must develop an intelligent and appreciative understanding of the work of the whole Church; have a program that will promote fellowship among the men of the Church, stimulate the practice of stewardship, time, talents and money. Work to strengthen the home, promote a Christian-centered boys program of participation in the community.

To encourage men to manifest an individual and collective Christian influence in the Church, community and the home.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY

Shaping Your Faith

“Thy wife be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thu table”

Psalm 123:3

The purpose of the Women’s Ministry is that women of all ages can come together in sincere fellowship one with another where women can carry out their role in the local Church. They organize into different groups to become more effective in meeting the needs that are special to women. The guidance of young women and girls in the Church; to counsel them in the spiritual needs of the Christian women; conduct child evangelism classes, Bible study and devotional meetings.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

“ Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right” Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise”

Historically, the Young People’s Ministry is a group organized in the local Church, giving the Youth an opportunity for development in Christian living and leadership. It is designed for young people to receive special attention and is given the privilege and freedom of action within their own group.

MUSIC MINISTRY

“Sing unto the Lord a new song”

The Music Ministry is charged with the responsibility of providing and maintaining a musical program of excellence for the Church. Music in not an end in itself, nor is it the time for entertainment or self-projection. Music must be vital part of any and all worship services. It must be a music that has for its design and intention to praise God and honor Him, and him only.

USHER'S MINISTRY

“We are soldiers in the army, We have to fight or we have to die, we have to hold up the bloodstained battler, we got to hold it up until we die”

The Ushers shall be responsible for the maintaining of order and service in the worship services, whether morning or evening and at all other times. Ushers will be the goodwill ambassadors of the Church. They are the official greeters to all who would come to worship the Lord and find spiritual peace.

SUNDAY CHURCH SCHOOL

“Instruct the wise and they will be wiser still; teach the righteous and they will add to their learning”

Proverbs 9:9

The chief activity of the local Church is education. The Sunday Church is the educational wing entire Church membership. The Sunday Church School organize classes according to ages in the school; is responsible for the selection of curriculum, teaching methods of all programs of education and to foster a spirit of cooperation.
